I was on a bit of a time crunch and they were able to go above and beyond to accommodate! The gentleman were professional and their service is TOP TIER. I pretty much have brand new carpet, I highly recommend their service!

I am very pleased with Indy Steamers. Damon and Mark are very professional and you can tell they are passionate about their work. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, but Damon quickly found a solution and to say he went above and beyond to make it right is an understatement. If you have furniture that may need to be moved they ask for permission before moving it and are very careful when handling your furniture. I also asked for fragrance since I have a dog and Damon use a citrus sent on my rugs and it smells so good all throughout my home. I will continue to use Indy Steamers.
