My conscience requires that I warn you - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Construction contract signed May 2020 and final punch list on the house was May 2023. 3 YEARS to build a house. Kept extending the finish date for over a year. Insisted on things like appliances purchased on the from end, which means by the time the house was useable, the appliances were already 3 years old. Did not have the best interest of the owner AT ALL. Imagine, a multimillion dollar house with a 6' crawl space that could have been a full basement, and insisting on putting a ladder, not stairs down to that, a bedroom without a closet, no built-ins included, a design with the butlers pantry...read full review
