After storm damage in the spring of 2023 and a nearly 8 month battle with insurance, our new roof looks great! The workers did a great job. The only reason this is not a five star review is because of a few communication issues, especially in the beginning of the process when our case was handed off to a few different representatives. Once we were partnered with Michael, things improved. Michael was patient, understanding, and helpful as we navigated the insurance process. He went above and beyond to get additional photos of the damage for the insurance company. Alright alright alright, I NEED to post this because of how excellent the experience was with this company. Michael Norton is the man to call, he's incredibly helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. The others who helped me were also fantastic, the process was simple and easy, everyone I talked to was straightforward and helpful, this company knows how to not only treat someone right but do the job perfectly. If I can give 10/5 stars I would.
