“This is an excellent service for your aging parent or adult in need of in home care. The first aid was not a good fit, which is the case at times. They didn't hesitate to find mom a new aid, Ginger. She was not only an aid, but quickly became best of friends/family to mom and my sister and I. She took the absolute best care of our mother. Mom fell in August. Ginger showed up for her care shift that morning and was ready to risk injury to get into mom's apartment to help her. Even now that mom has to be placed in a care facility, Ginger, on her own time, comes and visits her regularly.<br>Also, the company itself calls regularly to make sure you are happy with the care given. They communicate very well with any concerns you may have. They have called every week since mom's fall to check on her and to offer support to all of us. I highly recommend them to anyone!!“
