Jackie at Healthy Habits Massage is the real deal. She has strong hands and not only addresses pain point (such as my back) but also moves your body through a series of stretches exposing potential other sore spots. I've been in pain for weeks and did a massage at The Conrad Spa, no comparison. Jackie is by far the best therapist in Indianapolis.
Jackie was amazing! I found her through spa week, and I’m so glad! Highly recommend. Her spa has such a lovely relaxing ambiance. She also has water and coffee. It was honestly probably the best massage I’ve ever had. The music is soothing and uplifting. Her hands and strokes are sure. She does tracking and communicates clearly but she followed my lead on how much I wanted to talk. I would absolutely go back!
