This was my first time getting my hair done in a long while and I was getting significant length cut off + I was taking the plunge and getting bangs for the first time in like 10 years. So I was a bit nervous! But Tina was very fun to talk to and made my long appointment go by in a snap. She also explained nearly every detail of the process which was very appreciated. No one had ever explained some of these things to me before and it empowered me to be sure of what exactly I was getting. I also got highlights. The end result--I couldn't be happier!
