Received a large bouquet that my Cincinnati daughter ordered online. I'm sure it cost a bundle due to the number of flowers in the arrangement......unfortunately about 1/3 of the flowers looked "not fresh".

We ordered through a local vendor who used Flores to fill. They didn’t deliver the sympathy item in January and we found out in March. When our local vendor tried calling them, Flores hung up and blocked the number. I called, and no one picked up. No voice mail. I am sure they’ll be out of business soon.

We ordered for a funeral through a local vendor who used Flores to fill the order. The flowers never arrived. Flores hung up on our local vendor and blocked the number when they called to check on the order. Don't use them!! No integrity.
