Friendly staff and knowledgeable of the process. Respectful, patient and compassionate. Lauren, Funeral Director at Broad Ripple location was a professional and pleasure to work with before, during, and afterward as we had a need to fly my mother back home to Georgia for her final resting.
Their embalming process was wonderful. My mother looked just like her picture we provided; down to the hair style that they had to cut and style a wig. My family in Georgia and Florida were impressed and happy she looked great as if she was normally sleeping.
