I had a big problem with an old age dog who used my large area rug for her pee time. I had used First Serve a few months ago and I was very very pleased when they cleaned two oriental rugs for me, so I called them with this problem. They came out and cleaned two rooms and the large area rug. They did a wonderful job and the pee smell is gone. I highly recommend them. I thought I would have to get rid of the rug. Five stars from me.
I have used them before and have always been extremely impressed! I had Austin and Corbin come today to help clean all of my carpets for a move out clean. They were able to get a stain out that I thought would stay there till the end of time. They were professional, respectful, and kind. They even used a towel to wipe the tile floor by the door to make there that no water was left. Definitely cannot recommend enough!! If you don’t choose First Serve, you will regret it! They are that good!
First Serve Cleaning and Restoration came out when we had flooding in our home and we were so relieved to have been treated with care during a time of hardship. I highly recommend them and their services, if you are ever in need.
