Lou is professional, punctual, and is well-trained in his field. He had just returned from a continuing education course out of state the day before he inspected my property. He's passionate about what he does. I followed him around during the inspection because I wanted to learn all I could about my future first home. He was glad to teach me anything and answered all my questions. His reports are thorough and very detailed. I will be recommending that my friends and family call Lou.

Value on top of value on top of value!I recently sought out an inspection company to assist me with building my REI portfolio. I wanted to find a smaller company that would become a long term business associate. Lou of 1st Choice Home Inspections was nearby so I decided to give it a shot. Not only did he do a great job during the inspection, but he allowed me to follow him throughout the process and encouraged me to ask any questions that I wanted. And yes, I asked a lot of questions!
