I have no idea where all the bad reviews for this place is coming from. I had a positive experience with them. Scheduling to get an estimate and installation, was so very easy and simple. They were prompt, thorough and efficient. For the estimate they provided us with samples and a few different pricing options. They were all relatively reasonably priced. They were much cheaper than other estimates that we received.After we decided to move forward with the estimate, they scheduled to installation within a week. Actually the hold up was on our end because we wanted to get the Christmas tree down before we got the carpet installed.After the install, you will have to do a little cleaning, which includes vacuuming, but that is to be expected. I plan on having them doing a few more rooms in my house once I get things settled a bit.
