Patrick, this is Jan Mullins and you are not telling the truth. No one asked to see the Trust. I offered to bring in the past tax info because we have been customers there for years. You did not want them. The trust had been done the same way for years as per our elder law attorney. Then last year, it was done differently. We decided to switch back to what it had been for the previous years. I told you and your employee that I could bring those in. At no time did you ask to see the trust. They refused to finish the taxes on a 99 year old ladies trust because they were upset that we wanted it done the same way it has been done for years except one. They apparently felt they knew more than the elder care attorney. They were rude and dropped it in the middle of everything because we were upset that they did not keep promises on time and did not return a phone call in a timely manner. We were giving them a second chance this year because they had messed up the year before. The owner promised it would be different this year. He was right. After many years of having EDU do our taxes, they failed to file our taxes last year (2021) after telling us that they did.They explained that "it just happens some times", then they refiled with the IRS and the State, but, our refund was delayed.When I asked the manager for a percentage refund due to their incompetence, he told me NO and to just not come back to them next year.
