I have historically done my own taxes. Using a tax preparer was a lesson in trust for me. Brookside took time to answer all of my (many) questions, responded promptly, and had clear, accurate answers to everything I asked. Every time I thought "Oh, no! I think they missed x!", Brookside had a quick answer that showed they had, in fact, not missed x, and provided all the reasons for why the return they prepared was accurate. I sleep easy using Brookside and recommend them to friends and family.
