They were very helpful behind the counter on processing a warranty replacement water heater for one that had started leaking at nine years with a twelve warranty period, and then with helping to load it into my pickup truck. They are very easy to work with!

Customer service is awesome and Brian is very helpful. Always helped with my order and made delivery possible. Prices are not so high with compare to other big retailers. I am happy.
