I recently visited the office in Lafayette Road for my eye exam, and I had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, specially Deborah. The office was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I am coming back.

Staff were very polite and amiable on both visits. My glasses were ready to pick up far sooner than expected. They even supplied a cleaning cloth/cleaning solution along with the holding case, which was a pleasant surprise. 10/10

LIFE SAVER! We were visiting Butler from way out of town when my daughter realized she didn't have any more contacts about 30 before we had to be there. We called Dr Tavel's, they were extremely nice and had everything ready as we pulled into the parking lot. We were in and out in less than 30 seconds and made our college appointment on time AND able to see! Thank you so much for turning a probably disaster into success!
