I was 21 when I carried a large box into the back seat of my car. On and off for the past 20 years, I’ve dealt with lower back pain. When I was younger, the pain would come and go away with rest. However, for the past 5 years, the frequency of aggravating my lower back has increased. It seems the most trivial bending over can cause days of painful spasms. A cocktail of anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxant, and pain killer usually does the trick, but I’m also loopy for about 5 days. I finally thought I’d give acupuncture a try. Very knowledgeable. My neck and back pain were gone after second treatments (I have been treated by other doctors before and they can never ease the pain in the short period of time)
