I own a small fitness business and wanted to move to a more competitive marketing plan to get new clients. I’ve hired Department X as marketing consultants, and couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the get go their team was incredibly helpful and patient coming up with my plan. I’ve explained my goals to them, and they quickly compiled a detailed list of services my business would need, without adding any fluff. This wasn’t my first venture into trying to find consultants; the couple I’ve tried before I couldn’t afford because they wanted me to spend money on things I didn’t think were necessary. It was really refreshing stumbling upon a company that doesn’t just try to sell you extra services and make you spend money you don’t need to. We’ve discussed my budget, and they thoughtfully developed a personalised plan that would fit into it. So far they’ve updated my website’s design, and started optimising it for search engines, so that I’d start ranking higher and become more visible to new potential customers. We’ve also developed my own affordable business plans for group and individual workouts, as well as a small online shop with custom designs. I am looking forward to collaborating with Department X in the following months, and seeing my business expand. A huge thank you to Kevin and his team for making it possible.
