We received a condolence Flamingo Lily from an out of state friend when our pup crossed the rainbow bridge. The plant arrived with multiple dead leaves and spots on the flowers. Called Del Rio and they rudely told me “I don’t know you, text me pictures so I can verify the details.” I sent pictures in early Aug with no response. I have texted twice since then with no response. The plant is down to one leaf and no flowers as it’s dying.

If the option to give no stars existed or a -5, that's what Del Rio Flower Shop would receive. Flowers meant for a funeral were carelessly left at a door behind the church after hours. The senior pastor stumbled upon them by chance.

When we reached out to Del Rio Flower Shop, the customer service representative we encountered was unprofessional and argumentative, wholly neglecting to address the issue. Instead of resolving the situation, she attempted to shift blame and even went so far as to criticize the senior pastor's professionalism.

This place is an absolute joke… Zero customer service and they always deliver orders late. They always have an excuse and never take accountability for their mistakes. Please shop elsewhere!
