No one else would help me fix one of our work POS systems. I called multiple places previously who said they could help and when I brought the machine in and they actually looked, they would tell me that they couldn’t actually fix it. Isaac and Juan were awesome! They were very patient and prompt and got everything fixed up. I would highly recommend their services! Really great customer service!
EXCELLENT customer service ??. Special thanks to Isaac, Carson, and Juan. Isaac did a great job on my initial repair, when "U break I fix" stated my screen wasn't repairable. There was another issue, but Carson & Juan took care of it with great ease. If you have problems they have solutions.
Quick service and good work. My only qualm is that when I asked for a liquid screen protector added to my newly repaired phone I was told a screen protector had already been added. I did not pay for one, so I found that intriguing turns out it was just a piece of plastic from the new screen. Imagine I believed I got a "free" screen protector added to my phone without even requesting it......
I guess I'll just buy a case and apply my own screen protector. Truth be told, I'm still going to accidently drop and break this screen, but at least it'll take a bit longer to break, since it is protected a little better.
