Staff was great and very hospitable! We chose Conrad for the spa and because we wanted dinner at attached Capitol Grille. Room was nice and clean, shower good, pillows not. Not 5 star quality! Noisy outside on street deapite 15th floor room. Ask for room not facing the street. Wife said spa and staff were great!

Everything was perfect with our stay. I would come back just to enjoy the amazing spa. There is no other hotel in Indianapolis with these amenities. The staff really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. I used my food and beverage credit to order breakfast via room service. I enjoyed everything about our stay. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Overall, beautiful hotel with nice service, but it does reside in a city nevertheless, so the location is kind of dangerous and sketchy. Only critique about the rooms is that our safe was broken which in the city isn’t very convenient (since you don’t wanna carry around your valuables with pickpockets). Still, the art was gorgeous and so were the amenities.
Rooms: Very clean and beautiful.
Nearby activities: We went to the Indianapolis Children’s Museum which was about 5 minutes away by car.
Safety: Lots of sketchy things going on outside of the hotel, but inside, they have safety as one of their top priorities.... read full review
