I have used Complete Tree Care multiple times for several years for some emergency storm damage and some general maintenance. They always respond immediately, schedule the work in a reasonable time, and their work is excellent. They come, do the work professionally, and are gone without a trace of them having been there as their cleanup is amazing. They are great to work with and fun to watch all the skill involved. I've watched Steve climb trees that were extremely tall and he did it with finesse and expertise, my favorite part of hiring them. They are the best!

I called multiple tree services to get comparative quotes. One company scheduled us out over a MONTH just to get a quote. Another company just asked for pictures and took 2 weeks to provide a quote. I know they are a very busy industry right now. A representative for Complete Tree Care came out within 2 days. He wrote up the quote on the spot. It was very reasonable and competitive with all of the other quotes. They scheduled out 5 weeks to perform the work. During this time, they kept me informed on any changes or issues with scheduling. On the day of the tree removal, they called 30 minutes in advance. An army of lumber jacks arrived at our home 10 minutes early with everything imaginable to take down the tree: wood chipper, lift, and other things I don't know the names of. They did not compromise on safety for speed. They used harnesses to ensure the safety of our property as well as the safety of their employees. The work was done within an hour. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. They even gave us 10 cross sections of the trunk for my art projects. All in all, a positive experience.
