Community Physical Therapy and Rehab

My experience with this place is very limited. I made an appointment weeks out and when I got there I was told that I had to reschedule because they were not able to get my order from the doctor. I was perplexed because they had spoken with him directly over the phone. After a few minutes, they went with my appointment, but from what I heard and saw, it looked like them being overbooked was more the issue, because my therapist kept thanking another therapist for taking her patient. At the end of the appointment my therapist looked at her calendar and said that she would have to call me to schedule my next visit, mind you I am supposed to go twice a week.
