Oh my goodness. City Way is truly the most incredible vet I’ve ever been to. They truly go above and beyond and have helped my more reactive/behavioral issue dog be able to get care properly for the first time in his life. They listened about how to approach him and have helped ease him into the process of exams and vaccines. They also break down the price before they complete the services for you and answer any questions so you don’t have to deal with the anxiety of not knowing what to expect. We couldn’t be more grateful for finding them. Thank you team for being so wonderful with Hunter and Oakley!
City Way Animal Clinics - Mass Ave has been an amazing place for veterinary care for my pup. As a first time dog owner, I place a lot of trust in the care team and have had nothing but great experiences here! The staff is wonderful and my dog is screeching with excitement every time we get to come see them.
Overall, super friendly staff & vet! The only thing that kept me from becoming a regular was the fact that they took my cat to the back to administer her shots. I know there was no harm intended in that, but I prefer all treatment be done in my presence. My kitty was anxious enough to be there, but to be taken away from me, to a back room, was horrifying for her.
