I had a great experience at City Way Animal Clinic. The vet and vet tech were very helpful and answered all of my questions. My dog came in with a pretty bad ear infection. Rachel was gentle with him, but still got the job done.
I cannot give enough praise to Lisa! She is the customer service representative at this Irvington location. She consistently provides exceptional service by attentively listening to my concerns, responding with patience & positivity! I always cross my fingers that it is going to be her that answers the phone when I call! She truly makes my day every time I get to speak with her. She speaks to you like she’s known you forever and that you are part of the family. Customer service at its finest! Thank you, Lisa!
I cannot say enough good things about my first visit to Cityway Irvington. I switched over from another vet practice, and the experience was night and day. My dog is a people lover, yet she was always fearful and anxious going to the vet. Kim and Dr. Bernard took the time to establish her trust and before long she was wagging her tail and super affectionate with them. They were informative, professional, caring and thorough. I never felt like she was just a dollar sign to them.....it was obvious they truly care and are passionate about what they do.
