We had another great experience with Chem-Dry! Kevin the owner took my call and was extremely pleasant to talk to. Joel was our technician and he was very kind and easily answered every question we had! He was very efficient and gentle with our home. We tried another carpet cleaning company recently and was extremely disappointed. They banged into our walls, and actually caused damage which they had to pay for. We immediately said we’ll never use anyone again but Chem-dry because we’ve always had a great experience with them! We’ve had Kevin’s team clean our carpets a handful of times and always been happy. Made appointment to clean carpets, 5 br Living room and large family room. Two sets of long stairs. 3 cat 2 dog home. Lots of pet hair and cat throw up stains. Got a call tech was on the way. Showed up on time and after we discussed the plan and an estimate, he began to work. Worked very hard without stopping for 6 hours. Removed every stubborn stain. He cleaned stairs that it seemed would be too dirty to be able to clean. Well done. Incredible job. Carpets look wonderful. Cleaned up afterward and was extremely professional and very pleasant. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks again for the great cleaning work!
