Although things didn't go perfectly, Chapman went above and beyond to fix the problem and even corrected some existing issues at no additional charge! I would definitely use this company again.
I CALLED CHAPMAN THIS MORNING AROUND 10AM, REQUESTING SERVICE ON MY AIR CONDITIONER. IT QUIT YESTERDAY AFTERNOON SOMETIME AND WHEN I GOT HOME IT WAS ALREADY 85 DEGREES IN THE HOUSE. OF COURSE THIS HAPPENED ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR! CHAPMAN HAD CHRIS HERE TODAY BY 10:30AM. HE ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS, LOOKED OVER THE AIR CONDITIONER, CAME BACK WITHIN 15 MINUTES, AND HAD 3 PROPOSALS FOR ME. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CLEARLY AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. HE WAS GREAT! DID A COUPLE OF EXTRA THINGS WITH NO CHARGE THAT WERE MAINTENANCE ISSUES FOR ME. CHAPMAN IS THE BEST!
Good communication about arrival time. Von Ross listened to review of homeowner concerns. Quickly addressed issues while explaining what he was doing. Offered maintenance suggestions and ways to save on any future repairs. Left no doubt about his knowledge and experience.
