Got a new refrigerator. Guys told me I needed a shut off installed so I called Carter’s. Jacob came out within an hour of my call and told me what I needed to do to install myself (no change to plumbing needed). He could have charged me for work I didn’t need, instead he was honest. Will definitely call again when needed.
Excellent service and customer service! My water heater went out a year ago and they installed a new one (in an extremely tight space) same day! Then, my gas meter was changed and the gas company didn’t relight my gas causing my pilot light on my water heater to go out. Carter’s sent Gavin out the same day and relit it at no charge, and he even gave me a hand changing my A/C filter because I was struggling! Today they came for free annual maintenance on my water heater. They were in and out, flexible on scheduling, and very nice again! They also took the time to give me a few quotes on some other things I asked them to look at. Highly recommend!!
they had excellent manners & appearance, which is hard to find. they seemed very concerned about the issue we had going on. they were diligent in their work & were in & out in 30 minutes! highly recommend!
