We recently sold our house with Erik Pitner! He was very knowledgeable, responsive, punctual and went above and beyond our expectations! We were unable to sell our home with another realtor after 90 days on the market. We switched to Erik and were able to get a great offer in a couple of days! We cannot thank him enough for all his hard work and diligence! We will continue to recommend him to all of our family and friends!

Tracey Brown is AMAZING ❤️she stuck with me through the thick of my home purchasing experience. Answered every question, every phone call, responded to every text and most of all she kept me at ease explaining each step and making sure I understood what was going on and why.
