This is an excellent service for your aging parent or adult in need of in home care. The first aid was not a good fit, which is the case at times. They didn't hesitate to find mom a new aid, Ginger. She was not only an aid, but quickly became best of friends/family to mom and my sister and I. She took the absolute best care of our mother. Mom fell in August. Ginger showed up for her care shift that morning and was ready to risk injury to get into mom's apartment to help her. Even now that mom has to be placed in a care facility, Ginger, on her own time, comes and visits her regularly.
