We've now had two incidents of finding out our 3-year-old or a friend climbed up onto the built-ins and they didn't budge...no damage to kids or walls. The built-ins are high quality, design process always considerate of our functional needs but attuned to style considerations, and communication is consistent. All encounters with designer, installers, etc. have been highly professional.“

“Miller Made Cabinets recently replaced the obsolete drawer guides in one of our 33 year old cabinet drawers. The service technician did an excellent job of fitting the new model guides to our existing drawer. A 1/8th inch adjustment had to be made for proper installation and he handled it beautifully. He fully tested and adjusted the drawers operation. He was friendly and cleaned up the area including completely vacuuming the floor. We were VERY PLEASED with the results and will call them again if other cabinet problems occur!“

“I love my quartz countertops!! My island is an unusual shape since it is between two posts and they managed to make it in one piece and I was thrilled! The measurement tech spent almost an hour with me to make sure I would like the shape. The installers did a great job with some very difficult maneuvering to get it between the posts. “We had a great experience with Cloud 9! We brought the measurements of our room and had a complete design by the time we left. we were even knocking down walls and changing the footprint of our kitchen, which was no problem. Caitlyn at Cloud 9 came out and personally measured before we placed our order, just to be sure everything would fit correctly. a few cabinets were damaged in shipping and there was no problem at all with getting replacements. The quality and extra details of the cabinets have made us very happy. They are definitely superior to many other options, yet still affordable. They helped us with every step of this process and their fabricators installed our quartz counter tops as well. We are still finishing up the Kitchen but have been so impressed with Cloud 9 and especially the stellar customer service that Caitlyn has provided. Highly recommend.“
