Bob has always done an amazing job tuning and servicing my pianos. We have him out at least twice per year to keep my Baldwin upright and Mason and Hamlin grand in great shape. He has also done voicing and minor action work on our pianos. We have always been very pleased. Bob does an outstanding job and is always very reasonably priced (No wonder he tunes for some of the best!). He's one of the very best--a true master of his craft.

Bussell Piano service assisted me in finding a lead on an amazing piano of great quality for an insane price free of charge. So we utilized Robert to tune our piano in good faith and he did a very nice job tuning our piano. The sound is excellent and I imagine its back to the way it sounded leaving the factory. Robert was very easy to work, very clear and responsive to telephone communication and performed his work within the scheduled time frame. I would recommend Bussell Piano Services to anyone in need of a highly qualified Registered Piano Technician.

Bob has serviced my pianos for years. His work on my Baldwin L-1 Artist Series Grand has included extensive regulation of the action, repair on a slipping tuning pin, correcting an annoying buzzing sound in addition to tuning.As a former professional musician, I probably ask more of him than most of his customers. But he always delivers excellent craftsmanship and exceeds my expectations without exception.Bob has earned my highest recommendation.
