    Chris has been invaluable to my wife and my fitness restart after four kids. Chris has helped us rebuild a regimine that is attainable three times a week without any gimmicks. I have lost twenty pounds but more importantly feel like I have a little bit of muscle mass. Thanks Chris for all of your help.

    Chris made it real easy to enjoy working out. I’ve tried many gyms and trainers and never felt heard but Chris knew when to push me and when to pull back. I’ve lost 20+ pounds and started lifting too! I haven’t lifted since high school! Great trainer and I’ve enjoyed getting to know him.
