Tyler and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. From our first phone call to closing day (and beyond), they were always available and took the time to explain not only what they needed, but a little of the "how" and "why" behind it, which as a first time homebuyer, was very appreciated. Not to mention, they got us a great rate!
I loved the open communication above all. It felt like I had a friend handling everything and that I could reach out and ask questions without feeling like I was being a burden. Exceptional service and exceptional people all around!
Tyler, Travis, and Stephanie were amazing to work with. It was a phenomenal balance of being easy to work with, taking time to review things, and giving me opportunities ask questions without feeling pressured into immediately signing something, but at the same time constantly moving forward towards the purchase of the home and keeping constant communication through email, text or call! I cannot overstate how great of an experience this was for me.
