Altra Homecare Group

Since my hip surgery Altra Homecare has provided aides to provide care for my wife who has dementia. I have been consistently pleased with the care given to my wife. Several days ago that care exceeded my expectationsI was in the back of the house and my wife found some food I left out. She helped herself and, as she normally does, she put far too much into her mouth and tried to swallow far too much. As I was out of earshot I did not hear my wife choking. The wonderful aide, Sherifia, heard the choking noise and came to rescue my wife. Jerri is the best home care provider anyone could ask for. She goes above and beyond every day! My accident was 5 years ago and I have had several home care ladies from a few different companies. Jerri is a gift from god. My son is 13 and he misses her when she is gone. She recently went on a much needed vacation and I was counting the days until she returned. We consider her a part of our family and I get the feeling that she does the same. We would be lost without her. I hope we never lose her. We have had assorted caregivers from different companies and No One can compare to Altra. Jeri always goes above and beyond in every situation. We couldn't ask for more. I hope she knows how much we appreciate her and all she does.
