Lal Khuma completed service on our unit which required contactor replacement. He explained to us what he was doing and why he was doing it before starting the replacement. He also verified proper operation of the unit before he left.
Mr. Khiangle was very professional and knowledgeable of the job t be performed on the house AC/Furnace tun-up/checking for parts not functioning. Questions that I had were answered appropriately and to my understanding. Thank you very much for your service.
Tyler was awesome. He showed up on-time, was very courteous, and was in no hurry to leave before the job was done. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and the fix. He was eager to share tips on how to set thermostats for maximum efficiency. It was comforting to have that level of expertise working on our heating system.We had Justin come back the following week as heating was still not balancing throughout. In the same way as Tyler he was very thorough and not hurried until he found a second problem and fixed it. His explanation was easy to understand. I have never had a better experience with a HVAC company and I highly recommend.
