I gave the shop a 1 star because for months I have been calling in to make an appointment. And it’s always I’m going to call you back and I have to see if I have an opening or if someone else can fit you in . But I never receive a call back !

Booked with this stylist on the style website prepaid my deposit and showed up on time. Upon arrival I found that the shop did not exist at that location provided. I tried to contact and received no response, I sent a text requesting money be refunded still received no response. Horrible professionalism. I RECOMMEND KEEP LOOKING

I like to have my appointments first thing in the morning so I am not waiting too long. When I arrived, I was greeted by Erica and was immediately directed to the shampoo chair, after a nice vigorous scalp scrub, I was then placed under the dryer, then back to the shampoo chair for a conditioning and rinse. Afterwards my hair was blow dried straight, I was then placed under the dryer one last time and then my hair was straightened! I also selected a trim for a $10 add on fee. My hair feels soft and healthy and I have already gotten a compliment! I love my hair and I will be booking again in about two weeks!
