The secretary was rude but the technician was excellent!Update: The old secretary must be gone because everybody is friendly now! Terry was amazing he came out the day after I called. My air had went out and I needed a new thermostat! It was also very reasonably priced! I thought it was gonna be more than it turned out to be!
