My husband and I moved into this trailer. The furnace went out couldn’t be fixed. Vic Ward was amazing person. He helped us in every way he could. We got a new furnace put in Randy my husband passed away in October and the hot water tank went out and Vic helped us with that, his work and the people works for him. They are very pleasant. Great guys I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Vic has been my lifesaver since we moved here to Huntington, if it wasn’t for the wards, I would have no heat No water but thanks to them I do!!!!!!!! I am extremely happy with the service I got from this company. My furnace went out on a Friday and I had a new furnace and AC on Monday. Isaiah came out and diagnosed the problem. He and his crew did an amazing job. They were very knowledgeable and walked me through everything that was happening. They actually even showed me exactly what was going on. They even offered to bring over some space heaters until our new furnace was installed and to me that goes a long way. Then to top it off these guys came to Huntington from a job in South Bend looked at my furnace (at like 6pm) and then went back to South Bend These guys really seem to care about their customers. Vic and the guys do a fantastic job! My Furnace took a crap on Sunday night, dropping the temp in the house. We delt with it for the night. I called Ward's Heating and Cooling Monday morning, about an hour after my call the guys were at the house for the diagnosis. Turns out there were multiple things wrong, along with the fact the furnace was 19 years old. After some talk I came to the conclusion it would be best to get a new unit. They had to schedule the install for the next day, but brought us over space heaters to keep the house warm until morning, which is a fantastic example of going above and beyond and caring for your customers.
