Justin Ratliff performed a Furnace check for us He was very professional and polite the whole time. very pleased with the whole thing.
Justin Ratliff was our HVAC guy, he was very informative about what he was doing and what needed to be done. You could tell he had been doing this for a long time, but didn't hesitate to answer our questions . I really liked when he sent a text letting us know when he would arrive and the company sent us a picture of him and a short personal bio.
Our manufactured home was built in 1988. Quest pipe was used for the plumbing. By 1995, quest was outlawed for residential use for it's tendency to become brittle and crack or burst over time. We purchased the home in 2007 without the knowledge of our home being plumbed with quest water lines, but soon found out. After so many years of plumbing repairs it was decided with the help of Summers PHC tech Ayden that we should re-plumb the whole house. After two days of whole house replumbing from outdated, old and brittle quest lines to new pex lines, I was very discouraged to find that not all of the quest line was replaced and still in service. By the next day after the work was supposedly complete, unfortunately, I found that I had a new dripping leak already in one of the bathrooms. The floor was wet and saturated. I contacted Summers PCH and they sent service tech Granger to inspect the issue. Granger found more than one issue, including that some of the quest lines had not been replaced and were still in service. Thankfully he found where the water was coming from that was saturating the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, once again, the water service to our home had to be shut off until someone can return the next day to resolve all of the issues. For being charged just over $8000, there is no reason that this shouldn't be done right as it should have been in the first place. Hats off to Granger for coming late in the day and staying past dark to try to get this mess figured out. Up to this point, Summers PHC has always met our needs with fast and reliable service. Customer Service and the service technicians have always been knowledgeable, kind and courteous.
