One morning I woke up to not being cool. Our A/C was froze up outside. Once it unthawed it still wasn’t cooling like it should be. I contacted Dearings and they came that day and got us back to 68 degrees that I need. The serviceman was so kind and efficient. Highly recommend!

Dearing’s worked us in promptly when we called, which we appreciated. And they were able to get a replacement thermostat for us at no cost even though it was slightly out of warranty. Everyone was very polite while working at our house.
