Our furnace made a horrible noise and went out in a Sunday of a super cold week. I called up Will’s and Nick was able to tell me what he thought happened, which matched what my husband thought. I sent him my serial number and model number so he could order the part. They received it the next day by 11 am and were out to my house by 1 pm and had it installed and up and running within 45 minutes. The two gentlemen that came out were so polite and quiet! Fantastic work and would gladly do business again.
