We replaced our heat pump about six months ago. Our old unit couldnt keep up with last years heat. The **** technicians not only replaced the heat pump with a **** unit but reconfigured our whole HVAC system for highest efficiency. And they did it in one day. We were so impressed with their positive attitude and efficiency we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Yesterday was our first system checkup. The young female technician arrived on time to the second, spent over an hour inspecting, calibrating, and doing whatever HVAC technicians do.
