Funny enough, Russ Co. was my second opinion I brought in to take a look at my HVAC, and though I hadn’t properly communicated the repair to him that the other HVAC company had quoted out, we figured that out pretty quick when we both took a look at the itemized quote.
Bill took the time to understand the scope, pivot the project from a replacement to a repair (saving me money) and he was able to get out here in a timely manner!

“This was the contracted company through my home warranty American Home Sheild. I submitted the request online Monday night, Karen from Air Quality called me the next morning on Tuesday to schedule my appoint for Wednesday morning between 9am - 1pm, I received a call at 8m saying my technician would be my next stop and they would call me when he was 30 mins away. She called back, letting me know he was on his way. Robbie got here, he was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. I had zero issues with them despite some of the old reviews. “I highly recommend this company when I tell you they are life savers I mean it. This past week we had a tornado/storm pass through most of NWI. My mother and I were without power from 10:30pm until 10:30am the following day. I was recommended this company by someone off the ring neighborhood app and I saw on here they were 24 hours I had my mom call while we kept trying to not let the basement flood all night from 10:30pm until about some time after 5am.
