Pam office manager has been very kind. When I had question in regards to my refund ,she answer all my question very well. I'm glad I didn't have to deal with Cheryl the tax agent because she is rude and she has short answers. Im glad pam was able to assit her in explaining my questions. Other then that I'm satisfied.
I’ve been using Streeter for almost 20 years now, never taken them any where else. They are reliable, quick and have always gotten back the most possible.. recommend anyone to use them!!
I’ve been coming here 3 years straight for my taxes. This year a bit of a hiccup with timing, but I am an understanding person. Things happen, it’s life. I will still be returning next year and the years to come. I’ve recommended to all my friends and family and they are also happy. Whenever you are unhappy with a situation, just be open minded, ask questions and be patient. When you are positive, you get positive feedback and transparency. Great job Streeter Tax!
