Franklin Pest Control has been great for my husband and me. My tech is great. He always checks up on us and asks if there are any problems he can help us with. We used to have problems with ants and spiders, but now we don't. Always on time and very good at what they do. I would really suggest them!

Franklin has been our go-to pest company for a long time. Every other month, our pest tech comes to our house to get rid of fleas, ants, ticks, and spiders. He also puts new bait in the rat traps in our yard. He always lets us know a day before he comes and sets up a time that works for us. He always comes within the time frame. He knows a lot about bugs and rodents, as well as chemicals and pet safety, among other things. He also gets rid of the spider webs. We're lucky to have him because he does a great job.

The service technician was prompt, friendly, and very educated on pest control; he was not the typical slacker seen among today's companies. I haven't seen a roach or cricket in our yard since I started using Franklin Pest for my pest control.
