Ordered flowers to be delivered same day for my best friends of 30 years birthday who has terminal cancer and in hospice care, this will probably be her last birthday and I wanted to make it special by sending her favorite flowers. She never received them and when I called the florist they said oh we couldn't find the right flowers so we can deliver them 3 days after her birthday!! They didn't even try to reach out to me to let me know so I could of substituted the original flowers I ordered with something else, after reading their business reviews I realize it was probably just an excuse. I demanded a refund which I have not received yet. I strongly suggest you do not order from this so called company.

i ordered flowers over the fourth of july they never came i email them and they said that i needed to spend twenty seven dollars more after many emails back and fourth they did refund my charge card but i will never use that company and i have told all my friends no to use them cathy sheehan

I went online two weeks ago and used this company and the flowers were a day late. I ordered flowers again for Valentine's Day and after waiting over 7 hours for a confirmation I called. The lady on the phone said she was in charge but couldn't help after asking if they could make the delivery tomorrow. I was fed up by then and asked for a refund. The response what that a message would be sent to finance department. Who's in charge again? I won't ever use this place again. Very horrible communication and little to no compassion for their mistake.
