Highly recommend 1st class decks. Very professional, very responsive, amazing work. I'm so happy with my new deck. Old deck was steep and small treads. 1st class decks did it right! See before and after photos.

I am in awe of and impressed with 1st class decks and construction. I needed a small deck around my shed and a 6ft.x 108ft wood fence replaced on my property. Steve's team did an awesome job and was totally completed in 2 days. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Thanks guys, L Larson ??

We purchased our deck in 2016-....Steve Penrod and his crew did a fantastic job with replacing our existing deck with a Timbertech Deck system, and illuminated post caps. Installation went without a hitch.

Since 2016, Steve has been here to fasten down loose fasteners ( no charge to come out), and today, April 17,2024 to help me replace a post cap light, which actually went out due to animals biting thru the electrical wire to the post cap light. He had to disassemble the railing and post, crawl under the deck to access the wiring and replace the wiring. Again, he did this free of charge, 8 years after installation. NO CHARGE!!
