There's a big room dedicated to this with seating and a comforting environment. They provide last treats for your furbaby. You are never rushed. They'll help you pick your choice to put the cremains in if that's what you want. They give you as much time alone as you need and when you're ready, they're ready, and they will come in and talk you through it. I didn't know how much his paw prints would mean to me until later in the day when I opened it and looked at them. I'm so grateful for that and for the staff and the environment provided here. I'd recommend this place when you're facing your worst day too.“
