I would give five stars but for about the past two years it has been very hard getting an appointment. Service and people have always been pleasant. I don’t understand how they are always booked but when I go there’s always students working on a doll or another student but not a client. I just go for either a trim, scalp treatment or a flat iron service. Also a few weeks ago I called and they told me Mondays they take walk ins not appointments and that’s not case when I got there they said no they don’t service clients on Mondays. I wish it was noted on there website what days and times they service clients and they had an online appointment tool on there website.... read full review
Jo jo is an excellent student. She listened to my concerns regarding my hair. She's detailed and through, and professional. I enjoyed my hair service with her. Including washing my hair, trimming, and the overall experience was great. I will definitely be back for another service with her.
I received a facial from JoJo and it was AMAZING!! She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My skin was so soft and refreshed. I will definitely be seeing her again soon.
