My furnace went out during the cold snap 12/22. I left a voicemail requesting service. Todd got back to me within the hour and was at my door another 45 minutes later even though the roads were a mess and service was in high demand in our region.He did an excellent job at a fair price. He is an extremely kind, knowledgable man. I felt very comfortable having him in my home (as a woman).I'll never use another service again.

The owner of the company really takes pride in his work. He understands customer expectation and gets the work done in a timely manner! His employees are very personable and makes sure they explain the whole process thoroughly. Not to mention they extremely competitive in their pricing. Sometimes when you hear a lower price you think maybe the quality of work will be compromised. This is not the case with ToddCo. I had an amazing experience and will be using them permanently in the future.Services: A/C system maintenance
